Identify safe and unsafe days in your cycle using the calendar method.
Calendar method has ~24% typical-use failure rate. NOT reliable contraception alone. Consult your OB-GYN.
The calendar (rhythm) method estimates fertile and safe days based on historical cycle data. It identifies the fertile window (days most likely to result in conception) and marks surrounding days as relatively safe. This method works best for women with very regular cycles and is most effective when combined with cervical mucus monitoring and BBT tracking (symptothermal method).

The safe days calculator uses the calendar method to identify days in your cycle when pregnancy is least likely. Based on your cycle length, it calculates your estimated fertile window and marks the remaining days as relatively safe. This is commonly used for natural family planning.
The fertile window spans approximately 6 days β the 5 days before ovulation and ovulation day itself. Days outside this window are considered relatively safe. Since ovulation occurs 14 days before your next period, the safe days fall in the early part of your cycle (days 1β7) and the late part (after ovulation until your next period).
β οΈ Important: The calendar method is only 76β88% effective with perfect use and is not reliable for women with irregular cycles. For reliable contraception, consult your doctor about more effective methods.
